We are pleased to accommodate large bookings; however, given the limitations of café space, as well as fire health and safety regulations, we will implement the following guidelines to ensure smooth operations. A ‘Large Booking’ is considered >8 people.

1. Private Room: The Smudge Room is perfect for Large groups. Enjoy our stylish and intimate setting tailored for your special occasion. You will have the sole use of this room from the time of your booking.

2. Duration & Deposit/ Minimum Spend Requirement:
a. 2 hour booking: £150 minimum spend
b. 4 hour booking: £300 minimum spend
This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your table’s bill. The table/ room will not be secured until the deposit has been received. To check availability and for the booking link please email Charley@jandjcatering.co.uk

3. Outside Food and Cake. No outside cakes or other food/drink items are permitted to be brought into the café.

4. Decoration. While you are welcome to bring your own decorations, all decorations must be removed and taken with you at the end of your booking.

5. Pre-Ordered Food and Bespoke Catering
To ensure availability of menu items, you may pre-order food from our menu. Alternatively, bespoke catering tailored to your event (e.g., afternoon tea, sharing platters, finger buffets) can be arranged.
All pre-orders and/or bespoke catering requests must be made at least two weeks prior to your booking date to allow for preparation.
It is also possible to order from the menu and specials ‘on the day’, subject to availability.
